A very rare 4.04 carat SSEF certified Mozambique ruby, certified no heat, four-prong set in a hand-made 18k yellow gold basket and flanked on either side with epaulette cut diamonds with 0.45 carat total weight, F/G color, VS2 clarity in a hand-made platinum mounting.
