Old World Glamour Engagement Ring for Cassie by Cynthia Britt. This beautiful engagement ring is inspired by the 1920’s old world Hollywood glamour. The focal point of the ring is an older cut Cushion diamond that is prong set and framed by a hand engraved halo. A pair of trillion-cut sapphires that were once part of an estate piece were placed in between the split shank in order to evoke the feeling of “something old”. Each split on the shank begins with small diamonds and conclude with a hand engraved design to match the frame’s style. This ring resembles a picture in which the viewer’s gaze would begin in the middle, travel outward, and then return to the center—never leaving the canvas.
